Dick and Cathy Scoggins reside in England where they lead a church planting team which is committed to planting reproducing house churches in networks. Dick and Cathy were involved in planting churches in Rhode Island, USA, for 20 years before moving to England in 1995. They also train church planters in Europe as well as the Muslim world.
