| Leadership Training Devotional Guide- Spiritual Warfare
The Reality of Warfare: Week 1
It is often difficult for us to "see into" the spiritual realm and comprehend the magnitude of the war in which we are engaged. Yet the Old and New Testament saints had a good grasp of that war. This understanding sustained them in times of trial and persecution. We need to have a good grasp of this war as well if we are going to persevere and overcome in the battle as did the Saints of old. (See Romans 8:37, Hebrews 11:31-12:2)
The Reality of the War This week we will study the reality of the war. We will be looking in the Old and New Testaments. Each day write what you learn about the war that has been and is presently raging in the spiritual realm. Pray for God to sensitize you to the battle and your place in it.
