THE MASTER PLAN OF EVANGELISM

THE MASTER PLAN OF EVANGELISM*
by Robert Coleman

The sort of training discussed in this book is at the heart of our ministry. Carefully consider the principles and challenges raised in this book. Consider them both from the perspective of what areas we need to grow in to be living ourselves as disciples living according to the Master's plan, and also from the perspective of who we should be working with to train.

Chapter 1: Selection

What was to be Jesus' method?

In what way were the twelve "key" men?

What was Jesus' fundamental principle of ministry?

What application can I make to my life and ministry?

Am I working selectively, concentrating upon a few disciples?

Chapter 2: Association

What was the essence of Jesus' training program?

What is the nature of the most important knowledge of Jesus?

How do we fail to employ Jesus' method of training? (e.g., what substitutes do we settle for)

What application can I make to my life and ministry?

How much time do I spend with those I'm working with? In what contexts?

Chapter 3: Consecration

What principles do we learn from Jesus' ministry?

What application can I make to my life and ministry?

Am I living a consecrated life?

Am I working with disciples who have counted the cost of following Jesus?

Chapter 4: Impartation

What principles do we learn from Jesus' ministry?

What application can I make to my life and ministry?

Do I have in my life what I am trying to give away by discipleship?

In what areas do I need to grow, to be more effective in discipling others?
